Why doesn’t the 2-star rating I gave a guest show up on his profile?

Hello,

I gave a guest a 2-star rating for cleanliness because he left my place with food all over the floor and on several surfaces (countertops, nightstands, etc.), and he left dirty dishes mingled with clean dishes in the dish rack. I’m not talking a bad wash job, I’m talking straight-up dirty mugs with coffee & creamer still on them and dishes with pieces of food.

When I view his profile, it’s shows that he has all 5-star ratings for each category. He has only three reviews; how did mine not factor in?

@Barbara2543 It can take a few days to appear. But I see your text is visible. Where do you see a guest's ratings?

@Mike-And-Jane0  If you click on a past guest on your calendar you can see their star ratings.  @Barbara2543  I have also been confused a bit because ratings still show as the same as when they booked so I suspect only future hosts can see the changes.  For instance I accepted a guest who had a 4.5 rating, which should have been a bit lower after her stay at ours but when I look at my booking history, click on her profile, it is still showing as 4.5.

I checked it again today and appears that my rating is now factored in.
