a guest who is unable to book due to calendar problems
I have a guest who is trying to book my place. The system would not allow the booking. I made sure there were no bookings for her dates on my Airbnb calendar as well as my website calendar. she has tried again and it still comes back with a problem with my calendar. Is there a contact number I can call so someone can actually look at my site

@Kadek35 which listing and what dates? Generally there will be a problem that we can diagnose such as incorrect set up of the listing

Its for Bali Firefly BnB - joglo Jepun 21st to 25th May. That was my thought re set up as I have had some problems with our website and site manager since covid struck us!

Hi , I have tried again to book and pay but a message comes up telling me that "there is something wrong with my hosts calendar" and telling me to contact you. Meaning I have the same problem and I cannot complete the booking. Im not sure what to do to finalise this booking??? Many thanks Liana

Perhaps there is an issue with the guests ID or payment channel @Kadek35 .
I would suggest you advise them to call Airbnb.
