Was reading through this Resource Center article

and came across this language
"What if a reservation was canceled under Airbnb’s extenuating circumstances policy before global coverage was announced on March 14?
You may be eligible to receive payouts for cancellations under our extenuating circumstances policy if you had a reservation:
In the United States, booked by March 13, with a check-in between March 13 and March 14, and canceled between March 13 and March 14, 2020"
Seems like some really strange date conditions, and I'm wondering if it's just a typo. I've already had Airbnb override my cancellation policy and give "COVID-19" full refunds for three cancellations that occurred BEFORE March 14, so I'm not expecting much, but the above might be beneficial to me and some other hosts. Just don't understand the March 13/14 thing.
