Can't do anything on my hosting site via iMac or Macbook. I can't use the phone app due to poor reception. If I try to reply to an email message I just get the guest message thread up but can't reply, can't navigate away, can't do anything. If I try and log in anonymously via one of 5 browsers, I can't see the site properly at all. I've cleared cache, history, have no extensions, rebooted loads of times, logged in, logged out - nothing helps. I've got limited access via an ancient PC laptop but that's it. Has there been a buggy update which has knocked out Apple devices? Help!
Thanks for getting back to me - hadn't expected any to be honest! I couldn't access the site through Apple devices for nearly 3 weeks, then suddenly I could. It loads very slowly compared to my ancient PC and the top menu often doesn't appear, but at least it's accessible. There must have been a fix of sorts. The wonders of tech. Thanks again.
That might explain it! Haven't upgraded yet. Thanks for the suggestion.
