how to get email notifications of bookings

we receive text notification of bookings but would like to receive emails notification also

Then make the right setting ("email" on) in the notification area of your account.

I'm not getting any notifications! If I go Account/Notifications/Account activity and Policies there are 4 sections. If I click on any of them thae dialogue box is greyed out and there is a lfoating red "no access" symbol. Reminders and guest messages look OK.
