if a guest gives a private review that I don't see that the house was dirty and it wasn't true how to I remedy that

A guest said that the house wasn't clean and I know it was clean.  She did not give me a bad review publicly but she must have said something in a private message to airbnb and now my cleanliness rating is 4.97. What can I do about that.

The avaerage rating for cleanliness is calculated from ratings given by the guest.

Messages to you or Airbnb do not affect the ratings.
