I think this article provides great graphics to help people understand WHY social distancing is so important, even if your town/state is not currently a hot spot..... and wanted to share.
What we experienced in S.Korea is proof..... it only takes a single super spreader like patient 31 in any local community, town/city, church, or gathering to make where you live a covid-19 hot spot.

Wow, that's quite the article. Waiting to see how many new cases come from those anti-lockdown protests in the US. I imagine it'll look a lot like that. Here's another good one that explains how a combination of wearing a mask, social distancing, and hand washing all work together to help keep ourselves and others safe.

Also read something really interesting today that everyone should be paying attention to. Doctors in New York just put out the information that 70% of patients admitted to hospital with some COVID symptoms, who tested positive, had no fever. Up til now, fever has been one of the top symptoms that has been mentioned. This virus seems to manifest quite differently in different people. Now they are finding skin symptoms- something called COVID toes, mostly seen in children with no other symptoms, but test positive.

Another post from Reuters Graphics...... usually in S.Korea, people used to have to wear masks due to the bad air quality and micro-dust of pollutants harmful to lungs. Now we wear masks to protect ourselves and others from covid-19 when there are people around you in an enclosed space.
Really ironic...... in the past, we wore masks when outside and took them off indoors. Now, we wear masks when indoors but can take them off when outdoors.
