5 Star rating

I feel the criteria of getting 5 star rating 80% of the time should be changed for super hosts....they should be given a liverage, they should be allowed  4 star and 5star rate to be counted in this 80%. main reason is they have already worked hard to provide best services to the guests and such hosts have already proved their ability and show that they mean serious business and will take care of their guests till they are committed to hosting , moreover the guests do not know the adverse effect of giving a 4star , as they consider giving a 4 star is equivalently good as giving a 5 star, but a 4star drastically brings down the ratings. This is totally unfair I feel and many of the hosts will agree with me I am sure.

So I will request to please look into this and make the necessary changes.
