Air BnB Rentable Condo for Sale

Hi Air BnB Chicago Community - 

I own and rent a condo on Air BnB in Bucktown/ Wicker Park (Chicago). It's a good place, 2bed 2bath, great business in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Cute building, not too big, 5 units total. My downstairs neighbor is selling his unit if anyone is looking to buy another unit / invest in another unit. The unit for sale is 1bed 1 bath. @Alex854 Chicago only allows one airbnb per building, don't they? Therefore they other unit would not qualify
