Austin STR Inspector Recommendation

My partner has an older house with no certificate of occupancy (CO) and is interested in getting a 3rd party inspector to look it over so that we can get a CO from the city.  Has anyone had a positive experience with an STR inspector in Austin? We are a little nervous about the process and want to find someone that won't be too severe.

In case you are wondering what we are talking about it is the "pay for a third party STR inspection" option.
