Better booking on airbnb

What the best way to increase my booking in Los Angeles. I have a private suite on second floor with attached bathroom. I have a 3 review because 1 guest damaged the floor and I asked for compensation and she gave 3 review. Thanks!

Change up the price often, see what your local airbnb hosts are listing and stay around that price range. It helps me when I get a little slow 🙂
