I have used Dust Bunny Services for my domestic and my Holiday rental place in Mornington and I am really happy with them. They are cover all the way from Melboune through Morning Peninsula, Australia. You can check them out at www.dustbunny.com.au  

If you have a Holiday rental, I would highly reccoment you Dust Bunny Services. They are the only cleanning company that use Dyson and use thier shoes cover while they do thier job. They also can help you with the bedding sheets, bath towels..arrange and stock all the items your guests need. Good luck!
