Hi, I have sold my house in stoneybatter and need accomodation for guests 16-18 September and 7-9th October?

Wow, @Lisa242, why did you accept reservations if you were selling your home?  You'll need to contact Airbnb to cancel the reservations. 

Refering guests to other listings won't help as the guests have already paid to stay at your place.
