I have been noticing that some of my most recent reviews are not showing or posted. I have also try doing the search of my own listing and when found it, I also do not see some of the most recent reviews (which were very good ones) Does any one have the same issue?
Hi Gwen, I have the same issues, the most recent reviews are on the 2nd or 3rd pages of the reviews, not on the first page, which is very odd to me... I think it's ABB algorithm to not display reviews in chronological order....though to what purpose I don't know...
I have just discovered this issue of "stupid ordering" of reviews by guest country & language instead of chronologically. I am REALLY PISSED and even MORE so when I discover this thread & see that this has been going on for months & months.
SO STUPID! All crowd-sourced review sites list reverse chronologically and/or give site users control/options on how to list. I am in the same situation - all my recent (glowing) foreign guest reviews start showing up around page 6. HOW IS THIS HELPFUL to guests OR hosts?? (Then they have the gall to send an email newsletter today, crowing about giving hosts a 12 month view of their calendar. WRONG priorities!)

p.s. -- there is currently another significant issue & their lack of responsiveness: their refusal to build in a facility to add local taxes or fees to bookings. They have done it for selected cities, it's possible. Other systems do it, it's possible. They tell me to collect cash from my guests on arrival! In contravention of their stated policy to not transact off the system. My own rating of AirBnB is going quickly from 5 star down to about 3!
