Hosting an Entire apartment or dividing it to 4 lists

 I am a super host and I have been hosting for almost 3 years in long beach( shared list), Los Angeles ( private bedroom and bathroom and i live in the other room) now i have a house and an apartment on the back of the house.

I live in the house and have the other bedroom and bathroom for rent. I also want to rent the back unite ( one bedroom) . My question is

should i make

1- an entire home list for the one bedroom (back unit)

2- shared lists:

   ( private BR shard bathroom)

   (shared in the living room shared bath )

   ( shared in a small room that has a door shared bathroom)

3- should i make both entire home list and other lists for shared lists??

Which one do you recommend and which one will most likely get booked allways and will increase my income.

@Ab2 If I understood you correcty you rent:

- a room with shared bathroom in your home 

- another studio apartment in your backyard.

So you should make 2 separate listings for those 2 units.

no i was asking about the one bedroom back unit it is a one bedroom and a small room indide the kitchen with a door and living room + kitchen and one bathroom.



i was asking what is more desiriable entire home or should i make sperate lists for this entire home

I would set up both/multiple and sync up calendars and see which one works out better for you!
