Hosts without a profile

I expect all my guests to have a profile and ask for one if they have not completed it.  However on looking to book on airbnb I find there are many hosts without a profile. I simply cannot bring myself to book such a listing. It seems to me to be a place with completely unknown management.

I agree with you, @Elizabeth282.  If I want a hotel or a property manager, I will book on another site.  I wonder if the new categories of homes will allow for the more personal side of Air BNB to be highlighted.

I do agree that any user on Airbnb should have a proper identifiable picture of themselves!

Even when it concerns hotels or property management companies (for them to work out how to do it).
Airbnb is about trust, right?
