How do I register multi-unit building with the City of Chicago or Airbnb for NO HOSTING LIST

Hello all. I have a multi unit building and I'd like to have the Airbnb hosts to no longer host. Is there a way to contact the city or Airbnb to add my building to a "no hosting" list? Any ideas? Thanks.

Curious: What is the reason you want to add it to the list? We are seeing investors/owners make 40.1%+ more revenue with their garden/1st floor apartments using Airbnb

You need to write it in your contracts or building Rules and Regs that short term rentals are not allowed.

Then you can file the city's exclusion affidavit. However, there is money to be made by just setting some guidelines instead of stopping them. Plus there are not enough hotels in the city to take care of the demand.
