I want to start hosting at a place I have in Gurgaon and need some guidance

I have a hosting space available that I want to list on Airbnb. This space is in an Apartment on M.G.Road Gurgaon (Sahara Grace) - I wanted to know from fellow hosts in Gurgaon as to:

- To run your space on airbnb what knind of registrations do we need from tax authorities or other government permissions.

- Do we run into difficulties with the RWA's

Hi,

First of all I would like to welcome you in Airbnb community.

See process is very simple.

I am already hosting in Delhi.

You just have to register yourself with Delhi Tourism online and you also need to do Police verification and do fill Firm C for guests outside India.

After this you place will stay as domestic and you can Run Airbnb.

Also isn't filing for form c cumbersome each time you have a foreign guest ?

Welcome to airbnb community,

Just register your self on FERRO site and register for form C

Just google search FORM C.

1. For every new guest open your account for form C ,it's password log in.

2fill the details and upload guest photo in the online form

3.submit

4.you will get registration No. For that guest.

5.once the guest check out again go to Form C site.

6.for that guest fill the check out details ,date and time.

It's simple nothing much

1. How many days does it take to get a bnb license from Delhi tourism ? Is it a usual daunting procurement of govt documents task or a easy peasy one ?

Yes every thing is online.
Also u need to take NOC from the nearest Police Station.
Form C is compulsory for foreigners.

I am host since 2013,it's simple and easy to be an airbnb host.

1.if you are in gated community,you have to take permission from your society manager to be host.

2.make listing profile and photograph your accommodation as per airbnb requirement.

3.register online for form c,which is to host foreign nationals.its must,to submit online whenever your guest checks in and out.

4.register with tourism deptt.for your bnb.

5.maintain a hand written register for every guest..
