IRS Substitute Form W9 in San Francisco

Hi All

I am a long time traveller, new to AIR BNB hosting. 

I'm trying to do everything by the book, and now am in the process of filling out the page called IRS Substitute Form W9.

What do all those pull down menus mean?!

Specifically:

Tax classification

Exempt payee code (if any)

Exemption from FATCA reporting code (if any)

Could anyone advise? I would love to avoid having to call the city and Airbnb is not really any help.

Can you pull up "federal government forms" on your computer. A normal W-9 has instructions for filling it out on the back side which you can access on your computer. I'm pretty sure Airbnb will not be sending you a 1099 Misc form each year to file with your taxes ,because you have to reach a high threshold of income for them to do that...at least $20,000, if my memory is correct.
