Can you please tell me who you use to insure your Air B and B property.

Michelle you can get insurance with ShareCover that covers just the tenant related things, like accidental/malicious damage and so on. Then for your normal building insurance you can just get any company that tolerates Airbnb - my suggestions would be (if it's in Melbourne) RACV and if it's in WA, SGIO.
