Key lock boxes - where do you put them in Melb?

Hi all, wondering if I could some advice.

Recently guests have been very bad and generally quite rude in getting back to us about check in times. We would message them a week before and then the day before their arrival, confirming check in times. But on the day itself, they might be running late, and instead of updating us, they would expect us to wait around for 4 - 5 hours for their arrival.

Unfortunately our building doesn’t allow key lockboxes to be placed at the building. But I have noticed around the city that people are placing key storage boxes on bike racks and windows with bars. Wouldyou guys know if this is safe and can we do that too? It would save us a lot of hassle to be able to provide flexible check in.

Hi I'm really having issues with getting guests a key and fob to my apartment while I'm away overseas, but my Air bnb is in Abbotsford, is your concierge service only in the city, and do you think guests would mind picking it up from there if i'm in abbotsford? Thanks Paul
