I think it's great that you advertised your laundry/linen service here.

I'm in Australia, and find that without my laundry/linen service I'd find the entire Airbnb experience so much harder!

I don't have pick up/delivery service but I quite enjoy driving the 10 mins to pick up my linen order and then my cleaners drop the soiled linen back after each check-out.

In the past, it's been a nightmare trying to find a commercial linen/laundry service, so I'm sure you'll find some very appreciative hosts through this forum.
