Need help co-hosting 02 listings !!

I'm traveling in July and need help with 02 listings in the same apartment at Union Square. Jobs include

- Room turnover and common area cleaning

- Communicate with guest. Be the contact point in emergency case

- No need for key exchange. Laundry could be done in house. I have lockbox, washer and dryer

Please help or suggest a service if you know one

I'd be willing to exchange services. I’ll sort out your host needs, and you sort out mine. Need key exchange on Friday, June 22, cleaning on the 30th, and key exchange on July 3rd. This is for my apt. in Crown Heights, right off A train, Nostrand station.
