Need legal help.. with Chicago’s Airbnb

I’ve been denied registration from city, because they stipulate my property is not my primary residence. BUT it is although I’ve spoken to them repeatedly and produced[roof of residency   They still denied me.  The only reason is it’s not my primary!111.  Yet it is.  So frustrated.  Please help.  I need legal representation

We have not found a solution yet, but please know you aren't the only one, so even if Airbnb acts like they don't care, they WILL care if it's so many hosts who have to delete their listings, which should help us.
