Does anyone know how to get assistance from anyone other than a call center? I am in San Francisco, a Superhost, trying to get my listing re-activated after a large group of people in SF have been unexpectedly removed from the platform. All my paperwork is in order per the city of SF! Been there 2 times as of today because they have provided more assistance to me so far!!! SF Short Term rentals says I am all clear and it is now in the hands of AIRBNB's technical team to fix my listing to reflect a short term stay. Not sure where to go from here after 2 weeks of diligent inquiries with no progress.
I know I am not the only one affected here and incredibly frustrated, stressed by the whole experience. So far and have felt no support from AIRBNB and left may of our guest inadequately informed about what was happening. As a Super Host who works very hard to provide impeccable hospitality to my guests and represent AIRBNB well, I am feeling quite un-loved here.... With two years as a superhost, 123 positive reviews, and ongoing Superhost Status I would hope we could get a little more help here... Historically, the support from AIRBNB team seemed to be great- what is going on? Anyone out there know or can help?
if you can't reactivate your old listing maybe you could make a new listing? Or a new profile and start from scratch? I mean, you were delisted due to the lack of license and now you got the licence so there is no reason why you shouldn't host again.
Maybe Airbnb can't reactivate your account because everything is deleted?
