oops see i am a beginner I have a booking for 10 days

and n its for the entire house   

i have washer/dryer  in the house

am wondering what to do regarding changing sheets,towels and quilt covers

do i 

a.  change every other day

b leave a number of sets and  let them do their own thing re washing etc

am an absolute newbie

Congratulations! If you haven't said anything in your online info, then maybe work it out with your guests. One change I would think would be OK, then ask if they would like to do it (some like their privacy) or ask when would be a good time for you to do it, if that's what they want.
