+100k blocked for 2 months because of an Airlock

This is a cry for help because I have been banging my head against the wall, calling, sending emails and support tickets, all in vain.

 

I'm an host with +5 years experience, i created a new account 2 months ago and i forgot to add the payouts informations right away, i started getting bookings but i don't have any payout method

 

There's an airlock on my account, i can't add any payout method and funds have been blocked for 2 months already, can someone help me?

If you’re experiencing an airlock, you’ll usually need to follow Airbnb’s instructions (such as verifying your identity, updating payment details, or contacting support) to regain access.

 

Have you received any notification about it?

I've done everything multiple times, i updated documents again, i changed 2 factor autenthication and password and tried though multiple browsers
