When are these available?

Top Answer

@Lisa-and-Mack0   So you are saying that you had more than 200 reservations (separate bookings, not total nights) AND exceeded $20K in gross transactions?  If true, you should get a 1099.

1099-K Eligibility
• You are a US citizen or US tax resident and you meet one of the following:
o You have exceeded $20,000 in gross transactions AND 200 reservations in the calendar year 2022*,
o You had US taxes withheld from your payments, or
o Your resident state has a lower reporting threshold.

@Lisa-and-Mack0 another thread said the requirement to issue these had been put back so Airbnb are only issuing to the old rules ie 200 transactions and a big revenue figure that I can't remember

Right but we've exceeded those.

No, Lorna, I missed the part about bookings/nights.  Thanks!
