2024 1099-K FORM WRONG, AIRBNB DOING NOTHING TO FIX IT

Once again, for the second year in a row, Airbnb has issued me a 1099K form that is completely incorrect. 

They are currently "working on it" but last year they never solved the issue so I don't have much hope. 

Let's all keep track here in the hopes Airbnb starts taking us seriously. This is completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

The dollar amounts reported as income by Airbnb to the IRS are wrong.  It's likely too high.  Ours was wrong too, but the discrepancy was small.

Any taxpayer who doesn't report rental income that matches or exceeds the amounts on the 1099 will receive a notice from the IRS.
