4% Service charge

Hi,

I am a new host. I have received four bookings up to now, two have been charged 3% service fee and two 4%. Could anyone please explain why this would be? I just want to make sure I am not doing anything wrong. Thank you in advance.

@Sabina185 the host service fee is 3%+VAT. No idea why Airbnb have charged you different rates for different stays. I don't think you are doing anything wrong.
