503 error for EARNINGS SUMMARY

2019 and now 2020 cant get my earnings summary.

In the transaction history page there is a VIEW EARNINGS SUMMARY  tab that hasnt work since 2019. Airbnb is no help. Is almost as they know but have instructions to give you the run around. This report is the best for Taxes.

DO YOU KNOW THE 1099K GIVES YOU THE GROSS EARNINGS? ALL THE AIRBNBS FEES AND ADJUSTMENTS CAN TRANSLATE INTO THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THAT DID NOT GO IN YOUR POCKET. 1099K WILL HAVE YOU PAYING MORE TAXES WITHOUT THE EARNINGS SUMMARY TO COMPARE WHAT YOU ACTUALLY MADE AFTER FEES AND ADJUSTMENTS.

The link to the Earnings Report has now disappeared; about 2 weeks after I complained it wasn't working. I was getting a Gateway Timeout error. I believe it's because the number of records is too long for it to be processed in the allotted time for the web service to come back with the results. If I type www.airbnb.com/users/earnings_report into a browser for another account I have - it works (but like I said the link on the page has since disappeared)!

Yes - I am having exactly the same issue. I cannot access the Earning Report to assist with my taxes. We have a number of listings so it times out before the results can appear! Can someone please help? Does anyone monitor these issues at Airbnb??

This is still an issue in 2022 for 2021 earnings summary. This link used to work perfectly but it produces a 500 error the last 2-3 years I have tried to use it.
