AIRBNB REFUND SCAM!

I've been asking Airbnb support team to locate my refund amount from like a month. It hasn't reflected in my account yet. Moreover Airbnb support is of no use. They are closing my ticket again and again. Trust me if Airbnb dosen't locate my fund soon I'll be writing this on bigger platforms. Scamming customers who wants refunds

I already knew host cancellation terms. It was a full refund cancellation which is still not back in my account. Airbnb is scamming.

Most refunds arrive within 10 days, but for some payment methods and regions, it might take longer.

Did you receive the notifications or email from Airbnb?

If you do, you might need to wait for the refund payment or either you can contact Airbnb Support Help Center.

I am experiencing the same situation. I cannot get any help from Airbnb. They are ripping people off! I don't understand why a refund that was approved by the host is not being returned in a timely manner. Why is this process so hard? We should join forces against this injustice
