ATV rentals

I would like to chat with hosts who rent ATV  and kayaks at their Airbnb.   We are wanting to expand by offering these experiences but we need advice on the legalities of doing this.

@Rhonda439  This is something you need to discuss with your insurance agent.  I do not believe that AirBnB will cover you in the event of accident or misuse.

@Rhonda439 I would try to partner with a local company that offers this service if there is one near you.  I can't imagine the headaches this would bring with broken down equipment, not to mention the liability.  

There are many bike rental places near my spaces so I refer guests to them.

Hopefully a Host that does offer these as experiences can chime in here? I'm not familiar with Airnnb's Experiences, but I have heard other Hosts discuss liability waivers for them that guest sign.

That said ATVs especially have a high incidence of injury and deaths associated with them. I'm not sure any insurance company would cover you even with liability waivers, but you can ask. Not sure about Aircover for Experiences, but you can do your own research by reading through whatever help articles are out there.
