Hello.
I'm Yuko I am a host in Manhattan.
I have sent a Class B status request, but have not yet received my registration number.
What should I do after September 5th?
September, October, January and November are fully booked.
Will I be fined if I don't cancel these?
How long did it take for you to receive your registration number?
I can't speak English very well, so the sentences may be strange.

@Val-andYuko0 I do think if any other NY hosts are on here then an update of the new rules and regs would be useful for a lot of people . ... H
@Paula Nothing much been said about it since sept fifth. An update from those affected would be of interest world wide. Its all gone a bit 'hush hush'... H
Hi
Finally did you get status B?
my Airbnb will be denied for errors, I can correct them but I don’t know how.
Hello Yaneth32!
It's been a year, but to cut to the chase,
the apartment I live in is not a Class B property
so I couldn't get a registration number.
I didn't really understand this law and didn't study it enough
so I thought I would get a registration number if guest stay with the host.
But I was wrong.
