Account adjustment with no reason

I have an adjustment on my account and no payout. 
I haven’t cancelled or changed a booking or violated any policy!!

Hi @Pamela88 

Where do you see the adjustment? If you go to menu, then earnings, it gives you a payment list. You should be able to see specifically to which guest the adjustment relates. Hopefully then it will make sense?

Hi @Pamela88 , did you notice Shelley's advice and check the earnings tab to analyse the adjustment?
