My account was removed without any reason why . I did have some guests that complained but they were nothing more then difficult guests that I don’t think were aware of accommodations in a developing country . Almost all my interactions with guests have been positive and most reviews great I have ever broken any rules & with air bnb being my only source of income at the moment I really hope to find solution to this problem & be reinstated
@Peaceful-Paradise-Rentals0 Your account has not been removed although the listings do appear to be suspended. I think the issues you appear to have may allow the listings back but if you want them to stay back you need to address things like cleanliness and lack of hot water. I am sure hot water is possible in the Dominican Republic
Hello I never offered hot water in the amenities due to cost of replacing water heater as well as cost of electricity when running it is very high in the Dominican Republic . However if I knew it was imperative to keeping the listing up I would address it / try my best to remedy it . I also added a new cleaner as my reviews / most reviews in general reflect . Things have been good . What could be my direct course of action to getting my account / listing back up as I was told by customer service they would be removing my account but nothing more was said or offer / chance to appeal ruling
@Peaceful-Paradise-Rentals0 If you go into 'insights' then towards the bottom of the list is something you can click to see any issues with your listing. Perhaps this will give you more information.
I’ve seen only the complaint of cleanliness which I addressed by getting a new cleaner . Is there any thing else or further I could do to bring back the listing and get in good graces of air bnb again

It must be frustrating not knowing what or who caused your listings to be suspended. Have you been told for how long?

This morning I was told the account would be removed and nothing further no reason why or what caused it . My account however is still active and still shows the pending reservation coming for month ahead
