Hello All! I use a software program called AccountingSuite (https://accountingsuite.com) - it's pretty customizable so I don't need any other software to manage my business. WIth the business version, I can create a sales order (I call it a reservation) and record the check-in date and check-out date (custom fields, you can have as many as you want!) and then when they arrive, I'll create an invoice and record the money in a clearing account. When airbnb sends me the money, I create a deposit where I can record the host fees. Then I just match it up with the automated bank feed transactions that come in via my bank automatically and I have a daily reconciliation. At the end of the year, a simple report lists out all of my income and expenses so taxes are a snap. The have stellar support, they put their phone number all over the place (I hate it when they try and hide it) and offer chat, live video support, Facebook support, email, and web. And it's only $25/month!
