Acquiring an Airbnb House in Manchester Vermont Area

I was wondering if there are any local hosts in Manchester VT who can help me understand the local market as we are considering buying a chalet in the area for year round Airbnb rental and would love to get some insights into the area, we are Super Hosts in Florida at the moment. Thanks Simon

@Simon3883 I would buy data from Airdna.com. Any advice from existing hosts will be less valuable as prices and occupancy achieved are very much down to the specific place and hosts.
