Hi, wonder if someone can help ... I am receiving emails from Airbnb saying my payouts are paused and some new account details are required.
All the account details look fine and complete, and payments come through a few days after the guest checks in ... what is likely to be going on ?

@Emilie Customer Support are incompetent and merely go around in a loop without any application of Logic.
They don't have access to our personal information nor do they apply Rule of Law.
The problem is with society coerced into Digitalization and use of Microsoft Teams Form Building systems which doesn't afford Logic.
Incidentally every time we have contacted Airbnb Support about our now 4 years overdue and outstanding Monies owed to us, it's gone into the same Loop.
It's time to throw Microsoft Teams system where it belongs and bring back Logic and understanding of and Application of Rule of Law, Data minimisation and our fundamental rights to safety without handing over all our Private Sensitive Information that is not even needed to make a Bank Payment.
Fintechs are also notorious for not complying with Due Diligence or Financial systems regulations.
@Emilie I too has the exact same issue. I need help. Contacted support. No help. There’s no flag or issue with my account.
