 Hello. My wife has an apartment in Leizig, Deutschland, and I want to know what documents are needed from the authorities in order to carry out the activity legally... Please help us with this information. Thank you

Your wife would need to check with her local government to see if there are any STR regulations covering the area she is operating in.

Her accountant should be able to advise on how best to set up her STR business in terms of taxes etc
