Adding charges for heated pool for specific months, April, May, sept. October

We have a pool with our rental in Louisiana.  We are planning to extend the use of the pool by heating it in April and May, then in Sept and October.  How do we add an extra charge of $50 per day during these months to pay for the added cost?

I'm not sure if I am missing something here - wouldn't you just raise your daily rate by $50?

I was pretty sure that is how I would handle it and if there was someone who booked and did not want to swim - I could give them a "special".  Thanks for replying.
