Adding my Airbnb to Google My Business

I'd like people to find my Airbnb on Google Maps - so I've created a Google Business Profile and added my Airbnb URL.  However, Google doesn't display it on the listing.  Has anyone else had this issue, and how did you resolve it?

Also, I'm not sure which category to add the listing under:
Bed & Breakfast

Serviced Accommodation
Self Catering Accommodation
?

BTW my listing is a private room: airbnb.co.uk/h/grangegarden
