Advice on becoming a Host in Mill Valley, CA
Hello,
I'm looking into turning my family's in-law unit into an Airbnb. I wanted to seek advice and confirmation of the types of laws and regulations I have to follow with the local government to make that happen. I know there is a Short-term rental registration form I have to fill out, I have to get a Business License, are there any other things I need to obtain to ensure the legality of hosting?
The location of the in-law unit is in Mill Valley, CA. Any insight I could get would be very appreciated.
