I am looking for some advice regarding «Details guests must know about your home»

I need advice on «Potential for noise» and «Dangerous animals on property»

I do rent out my places in Thailand and it is a tropical country. 

First, my place is located in a quiet area nearly all year round (which can be read from my reviews). But there is a Chinese  temple 650 meters away which is a tourist attraction. And ones a year when the Chinese new year occurs there will be some potential noise when they celebrate! And there is also a Thai temple 1 kilometer away which is a tourist attraction. The thing with Thai culture is that the temple will arrange the charity market. That means it is like travel marked that moves around all the time and when they come to the temple they will stay from 5 to 10 days.  The thing with this marked is that it is good for tourists to go see what the local Thai marked instead of the markets that are designed for the only tourist.  Local Thais loves this marked as there are stalls selling different things. There is fair carousel ride for children and what Thais love is that they have live music.  This is where there can be some potential noise from the music. 

Another thing is that there is a 5-star hotel that sometimes will have celebrations (wedding,  anniversary, etc) and they will end the evening with a firework that can be heard for 5 minutes.

The Chinese new year is on different dates every year and the temple marked doesn’t have a schedule so it is impossible for me to notify my guests, I only know it 2-3 days before the marked arrives!

How would you advise me to do in the section «Potential for noise»?  

The other thing is «Dangerous animals on property» I don’t keep any dangerous animal, but my place is in a garden area in a tropical country. And in Thailand, there is dangerous animal like snakes, scorpions, etc.

I have lived on this property for over 20 years and properly seen 10 snakes over the 20 years 5-6 scorpions and some centipede. Everything is rare to see, but it can happen 

How would you advise me to do in the section «Dangerous animals on property»
