Air Cover Host Damage Protection Claim - Lowball Offer After 10 Months.

I had an incident last May 2023 with over $80k in damages and just got an offer from the resolutions department in April 2024 for $12K (11 months later)!  I am in Quebec, Canada.

 

Does anyone have any experience with pursuing Airbnb legally in countries other than the USA?  There seem to be no arbitration statutes applicable in Canada.
