Air bnb payments.

Every time they owe me money I receive a notice saying my funds are not available pending account information. I send routing number account number and w9. In a day or 2 they put a penny in my account and then my guest payment and tell me I’m all set. Next time I have a guest the process starts all over again I send the same information for the four time today.
