I’ve been waiting since June 2024 for settlement on damages done to my Airbnb. The insurance adjuster from Airbnb had assessed my damages at C$88,000 and I’ve received an email today from resolution for an offer of $21,000 . I’ve lost 21,000 Justin bookings alone but damages are at 88,000 not including bookings that were cancelled via Airbnb due to damages! If this is the case Airbnb cover lies, there is no protection for the host!!
