@Dania92 Firstly check your account payout details to make sure you haven't been hacked and the payments diverted. After that try a Twitter approach as it can be better customer support.

I've been working on the same issue with Payoneer and Airbnb since January. The only response I get is frivolous and nonsensical answers from support. Is it possible that Airbnb and Payoneer are both fraudulent and trying to bully us through incompetence out our money?? Certainly feels it!
