AirBnB Customer Service is the Worst

I will not do business with AirBnB - they keep asking for the same information over and over again. I spent many hours talking to them over the phone every time being reassured that they would take care of the issue - they keep asking me to provide the same set of documents I shared many times. Someone is abusing their system and playing games with me. I have no choice but to move forward with a consumer complaint. I will avoid this platform - they still owe me money and they keep reverifying my account many times over - something is off!
