Hello. I thought I saw somewhere a list of options that hosts may select in terms of level of services provided to hosts. I need to better understand what our guests will be charged.

Your listing shows guest are charged Airbnb Guest Service Fee and these local taxes:

Transient Occupancy Tax (San Luis Obispo)

Accommodations Tax (San Luis Obispo County Tourism Marketing District)
